InRule Technology, provider of InRule®, the premier business rules engine for .NET, today announced Solentive as its exclusive reseller in Australia and New Zealand.
With 15 years experience and clients that include major multinational organisations, Solentive specialises in developing purpose-built software systems for web, desktop, enterprise and handheld platforms with a sharp focus on the client’s business need. Solentive will also act as a reseller in Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
“With a growing demand in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, we are delighted to have the experience, resources, and commitment of Solentive to help serve and grow the InRule customer base,” said Theresa O’Neil, Vice President of Business Development for InRule Technology. “This partnership will enable us to more effectively sell and deploy InRule in Southeast Asia through a partner that has successfully deployed InRule in Australia’s largest real estate business.”
Solentive developed the first production application in Australia using InRule: a property management system for a client with access to more than 800 individual real estate offices in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. InRule’s first customer in New Zealand was Fidelity Life, the largest New Zealand-owned and controlled life insurance and investment company.
“The requirement to frequently changing business rules in applications without increasing application maintenance costs is driving a demand for business rules engine technology,” said Kareem Tawansi, CEO of Solentive. “This, along with the growth of .NET applications in organisations of all sizes, demonstrates a growing opportunity for InRule in Australia and throughout Southeast Asia. We are excited to use the knowledge and experience we have with InRule to grow both of our businesses.”
